CHARLESTON — western Virginia Attorney General Darrell McGraw announced Wednesday that their workplace has now reached a settlement with Web lender that titlemax loans title loans is payday Employees Credit Center and collection agency P.D. Recovery.
McGraw’s workplace stated the settlement shall bring about significantly more than $300,000 in cancelled debts and refunds of great interest costs for 348 western Virginia customers.
